No refund will be provided if the user fails to follow the instructions provided for consultation.

Subscription Plans

Users may cancel their subscription plans at any time. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining period of the subscription.

Cancellation Process

Users may cancel any service request before our team begins processing it. Once the service is in progress, no cancellation or refund is allowed.
